Have you ever had an idea, or a dream that you thought was really great, but when it came time to make that dream a reality, you were too scared to follow through? The San Dimas Pretzel Company has been an idea of mine for several years. One day my husband and I were talking about business ideas. It was really just us having fun, dreaming of different types of businesses that we’d like to pursue. I don’t even remember how I can up with San Dimas Pretzel Company, but that stuck in my head. I even went so far as to register the domain name….just in case we ever decided to really go for it and start our own pretzel company!
Now don’t get the wrong idea…I don’t know anything about making pretzels….or making any other type of food commercially. I like to cook and bake, but I don’t have any formal culinary training. The idea of opening a business that sells pretzels is really a crazy idea. Or is it?
